Meet the People Behind Coachify Consultancy
Two Educators. Two Entrepreneurs. One Shared Mission: To Build Confidence, Raise Standards and Empower Others to Thrive.
Together, Don and Sesh bring nearly two decades of experience each in education, leadership and professional development, combining internationally recognised coaching expertise, innovative teaching practices, technology and real-world business experience.
But their journey hasn't always been straightforward.
After moving from South Africa to the UK without a support network, they built successful careers in education, raised two children, established multiple businesses and created meaningful impact in their communities all while navigating the realities of working full-time, building financial security and finding their place in a new country.
They know what it feels like to start again, question your confidence, navigate uncertainty and build something meaningful from the ground up.
And those experiences have shaped the way they support others.
Meet Sesh - The Coach Behind the Coaches
Sesh is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Mentor Coach Specialist at ACC (MCS ACC) and PCC (MCS PCC) levels, experienced Coach Trainer, Assessor and Mentor, currently working towards the ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential.
She also serves as an Associate Board Member of the ICF UK Chapter, contributing to the development and advancement of the coaching profession.
With extensive experience in coaching, mentor coaching, coach education and professional development, Sesh has trained, assessed and mentored coaches across multiple disciplines, supporting them to develop their confidence, strengthen their competence and practise ethically.
Having contributed to the development and delivery of ICF-accredited coach education, she understands both the professional standards coaches are expected to demonstrate and the personal challenges that often accompany their development.
Her passion is helping coaches move from constantly questioning whether they're good enough to confidently trusting their skills, understanding their value and building sustainable careers doing work they love.
For Sesh, professional development doesn't end with a credential. Her own journey towards MCC reflects her commitment to continuous learning, reflective practice and raising the standards of professional coaching.
Meet Don - Innovator, Systems Thinker, Educator
Don is an award-winning science educator, recognised as Kent Teacher of the Year 2025, with extensive experience in teaching, learning, leadership, technology and educational innovation.
With a passion for making complex ideas accessible, Don brings a practical, creative and systems-focused approach to professional development.
His expertise in AI, digital tools, learning design and educational technology helps coaches and business owners simplify processes, work more efficiently and develop systems that support sustainable growth.
Don believes that success shouldn't depend on working harder, but on learning smarter, creating effective systems and having the confidence to embrace new possibilities.
His work helps bridge the gap between professional expertise and the practical tools needed to turn ideas into meaningful, achievable outcomes.
